Q. I don’t remember my user name to look up my account. How can I find that out?

A. First, you must be registered on the site. If you have registered previously, go to the login page and click “Forgot Password” to get help with your user name or password.

Q. What should I do if I get locked out of my account?

A. You will need to go to your home store with your photo ID and ask one of our customer service representatives to help you.

Q. Why do I have to give you my social security number?

A. If you are already a customer, we have this number in our system already. When you enter it in our secure portal, we use it to set up your account and show you your loan information.

Q. Can I apply for a loan without registering online?

A. Yes. Just visit one of our store(s) in your area, and our customer service representatives will be happy to help you apply at the store. If you want to apply online, you will need to register.

Q. I am an active duty military member. Can I apply for a loan?

A. Sorry, we do not offer Cash Advances to active duty military personnel. However, would be more than happy to help you with any one of our numerous other services such as check cashing or wire transfers by MoneyGram.

Q. How can I find out what kinds of Cash Advances are available in my state?

A. Please contact a store near you to find out what products are available in your area.

Q. How can I find a store in my area?

Q. How much will it cost me to get a Cash Advance with you?

A. Fees vary by state, but are usually less than what a bank would charge for a bounced check. Contact a store near you to learn about fees in your area.

Q. I have a current open Cash Advance with you. Can I log in and see how much I owe you?

A. Yes. You will need to register on the site to be able to see your loan information. After you register, we will send you a confirmation e-mail. You will need to click a link in the e-mail to complete the process.

Q. How do I repay my Cash Advance?

A. Bring your cash payment to the store where you took out the loan, on or before the date it is due.

Q. What if I can’t make a payment on the scheduled date?

A. Please contact the store to arrange a new payment plan. However, additional fees may be applied to your account. If you miss a scheduled payment and don’t contact us, we may deposit your check.

Q. What should I do if my address or other information changes?

A. Please contact your store and let them know. We appreciate your help in keeping this information up-to-date.
